1. Our Fulfillment Process

To reduce waste and operate more sustainably, some products sold by David & Sarah Sydney are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners and suppliers.

As a result, approved returns may need to be sent to the designated return facility provided by our support team.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.


2. Return Request Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return request

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Items must be free from damage caused after delivery.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included where applicable.

  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Underwear

  • Swimwear

  • Earrings and selected jewelry items

  • Personal care products

unless they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Depending on the fulfillment location of the order, international return shipping fees may apply.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.


5. Alternative Solutions

International returns can sometimes be costly and time-consuming.

Before requesting a return, our customer support team may offer an alternative solution when appropriate, such as:

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

  • A replacement item

  • A discount on a future purchase

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

7. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for processing after approval.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or in cases where an incorrect or defective item was supplied.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure efficient fulfillment.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once processing has begun, we will always do our best to assist you.


9. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.

David & Sarah Sydney is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
